We do bring our own specific supplies for the surfaces in your home, all of which are environmentally friendly

 in other words they do not harm the atmosphere in your home

In our cleaning techniques we use specific color rags

 for specific areas in each home to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

KITCHEN:

Floors vacuumed and mopped

Counters and sink disinfected, scrubbed and polished

Oven, toaster oven, fridge & microwave cleaned INSIDE AND OUT every time

range top including knobs and range hood cleaned and polished

Dishwasher loaded and unloaded or dishes washed by hand 

cabinets wiped down

Ice maker on fridge scoured

top of fridge dusted and grate on bottom of fridge scrubbed

baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, wall hangings dusted

BATHROOMS:

Floors vacuumed and mopped

Counters, sinks, tub, commode (inside and around)  and mirrors disinfected, scrubbed & polished.

All Chrome polished

Shower scrubbed and polished including shower head, walls, floor and tracks on doors

Fold or replace towels

Dust/wipe down light fixtures, towel bar, baseboards, cabinets and any objects

LIVING/DINING:

All furniture vacuumed including under cushions

Floors vacuumed and cleaned

Furniture, knickknacks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, lamp shades, baseboards and wall hangings dusted

TV screens dusted with the appropriate cleaning cloth

BEDROOMS:

Linens washed dried and replaced

Flooring vacuumed and cleaned

Furniture polished ( including headboards and railing)

Dust all objects on furniture and walls including doors, light fixtures, fans, baseboards mirrors and lampshades

PERSONAL TOUCHES WITHOUT THE EXTRA FEES

BLINDS DUSTED

WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE REACHABLE WINDOWS ARE CLEANED UPON NOTICE OF NEED

BASEBOARDS AND DOOR MOLDINGS CLEANED

LINENS AND TOWELS WASHED DRIED FOLDED

CEILING FANS/LIGHT FIXTURES DUSTED

TRASH  DISINFECTED,EMPTIED, AND LINER PLACED IN CANS

LAUNDRY WASHED DRIED AND FOLDED WHILE HOUSE IS BEING CLEANED

FIRE PLACE CLEANED OUT UPON NOTICE OF NEED (if fireplace has not been used for 72 hours)
