• Dust/wipe down light fixtures, towel bar, baseboards, cabinets and any objects

• All furniture vacuumed including under cushions
• Floors vacuumed and cleaned
• Furniture, knickknacks, ceiling fans, light fixtures, lamp shades, baseboards and wall hangings dusted
• TV screens dusted with the appropriate cleaning cloth

Bedrooms

• Linens washed dried and replaced
• Flooring vacuumed and cleaned
• Furniture polished ( including headboards and railing)
• Dust all objects on furniture and walls including doors, light fixtures, fans, baseboards mirrors and lampshades

• Blinds dusted
• Windows inside and outside (reachable windows are cleaned upon notice of need)
• Baseboards and door moldings
• Linens and towels washed, dried, and folded
• Ceiling fans/light fixtures dusted
• Trash cans disinfected, emptied, and liners replaced
• Laundry washed, dried and folded while house is being cleaned
• Fire place clean out upon notice of need (if fireplace has not been in use for past 72 hours)

Our Fees

Our pricing is on a per home basis for all of our services, excluding concierge services. Penny will come out and assess the need of your home, and give you a pricing estimate. Contact us today to schedule cleaning services for your home.

Additional fees you may incur:

$35 Returned Check

If your check is returned for any reason, we will charge a $35 fee.

$35 Lockout Fee

If we get to your home and do not have access to your home, we will charge a $35 fee.

Please make sure a key or access to your home is always available at the time of cleaning.

$35 No Check Fee

Please leave a check on the counter for us if you are not set up for monthly payments.

If services are provided without payment, we will charge a $35 fee.
